We wanted the opposite. Send an invoice. Track time on a project. Send an estimate. Get paid through Stripe with the same processing rates Stripe gives everyone. Done. If you need full bookkeeping, QuickBooks is great. If you just need to bill clients and move on with your day, that's us.

PayPolka is built and maintained by Struxrdev, a web development company in Salt Lake City, Utah. Struxrdev has been shipping production software for clients for years, on the same stack PayPolka runs on.
That matters because invoicing software is plumbing. It needs to work on the first of the month at 11pm when you're sending out twelve invoices and one of them is to your biggest client. We treat it that way.
