PayPolka
Invoice Payment Links

Put the bill and the way to pay in the same place.

Send a PayPolka invoice with an online payment link through your own Stripe account. Clients can see what they owe and use the payment methods you've chosen to accept.

Don't make the client ask how to pay you.

A clear invoice still needs a clear next step. If the client has to ask for bank details or check instructions, there's another exchange between sending the bill and getting it paid.

Your PayPolka invoice page shows the current balance, payment history, and payment instructions. With Stripe connected, the online payment button opens Stripe Checkout for the balance due.

You choose payment methods in account settings, and those choices apply across your invoices. If a client pays by cash or check, record it yourself so the invoice balance stays up to date. See the setup guide.

How PayPolka helps

Offer online payment through Stripe

Enable card, ACH, or Cash App Pay in your account settings. The invoice opens Stripe Checkout so the client can complete the payment.

Keep your own payment account

Client payments go to your Stripe account. Stripe's processing fees apply, and PayPolka adds no payment-processing markup or application fee.

Keep cash and checks in the same record

Show your instructions for offline payments. Clients can tell you they've sent a payment, and you confirm it by recording the payment against the invoice.

Follow up on the balance still owed

Automatic reminders follow the schedule you choose for unpaid invoices. Clients can return to the invoice link to see the current balance and pay.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can I choose different methods for each invoice?

Payment methods are account-wide. A change in Settings, Payments applies when clients open any of your invoices, including invoices already sent.

Does a check notice mark an invoice paid?

No. It lets you know the client says they've sent payment. Record the payment after you receive and confirm it.

Does an ACH payment clear immediately?

No. A bank payment can remain pending while it clears. PayPolka updates the payment when Stripe confirms its outcome.

What does PayPolka cost?

$9 per person per month. Every feature is included, and read-only accountant access is free. New accounts get 30 days free with no card needed. Add a card before the trial ends to keep going; if you never do, nothing is charged.
