Stop giving away the hours you forgot to bill.
A quick client call and one more round of revisions still take your time. PayPolka keeps your hours, expenses, and invoices together so those details don't disappear when you sit down to bill.

Your invoice should reflect more than what you remember on Friday.
A spreadsheet works until you're checking it against your calendar, your notes, and the last invoice you sent. With several clients on the go, remembering what belongs on each bill becomes another job.
Log hours against the client project in PayPolka, including notes when you need them. When you're ready to invoice hourly work, choose a date range and bring the unbilled entries into the draft. You decide how much detail your client sees.
For fixed-price work, keep logging time so you know what the project actually took. That gives you something useful to refer to when the next client asks for a similar quote. See how hours become invoice lines.
How PayPolka helps
Capture the small pieces of client work
Enter hours in a weekly grid and add detail in the day view. A consultation, a revision, and a follow-up call can each have a place in the project record.
Prepare a bill without retyping your timesheet
Pull in unbilled hours at their saved rates. Summarize by labor category, use one line, or show individual entries when a client wants the breakdown.
Find out what a fixed fee really takes
Track time even when you charge a flat project fee. Compare hours and costs with what you've billed before you quote the same kind of work again.
Keep the monthly cost easy to understand
A solo account is $9/month with unlimited clients, projects, estimates, and invoices. Your accountant can view financial information without adding to your subscription.
Every invoice and its balance on one list.
Questions, answered.
Can I use this for hourly and fixed-price work?
Yes. Choose hourly or fixed-fee billing for each project. Hourly time can be added to an invoice; fixed-fee time helps you understand the work and its costs while you invoice portions of the agreed fee.
Is there a timer?
Time is entered manually in the weekly grid or day view. PayPolka doesn't currently provide a start-and-stop timer.
How do clients pay?
Connect your own Stripe account to offer card, ACH, or Cash App Pay. You choose the methods in account settings, and they apply to all invoices. You can also record cash and check payments. Stripe's processing fees apply, with no markup from PayPolka.
What does PayPolka cost?
$9 per person per month. Every feature is included, and read-only accountant access is free. New accounts get 30 days free with no card needed. Add a card before the trial ends to keep going; if you never do, nothing is charged.
